Senior Online/Offline Marketing Specialist for Online Brand Protection Services (Europe)

We are looking for someone with strong online and offline marketing experience that will be able to combine both strategic and operational duties, being an active part of a very exciting project!


Experience: 5+ years’ experience in online & offline marketing with demonstrated experience in defining and implementing customer acquisition and/or customer retention campaigns.

Location: Barcelona (Hybrid office/home scheme after some initial training)

Job Description
Reporting to the Brand Protection Services BU Director, you will be an active part of a very exciting project aimed to Spanish and French markets, but also with Global collaborations.
You will be responsible for defining and implementing marketing plan (online and offline) to increase lead generation, customer acquisition and upselling. The role is a mix of strategic planning and operative tasks for Spain and France. You will be working primarily on the Spanish and French markets and coordinating with other local marketing teams.

Your responsibilities can include the following:

  • Definition and implementation of customer acquisition campaigns through different channels (online & offline)
  • Definition and implementation of customer retention and upselling strategies including transactional emails, promotional emails and newsletter.
  • Management of the site spaces and coordinate translations
  • Analysis of sales data. Daily and systematic monitoring of sales results, in order to plan or refine marketing actions based on actual performance.
  • Content creation for the site and the blogs
  • Competition landscape monitoring

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B marketing with demonstrated experience in defining and implementing customer acquisition and/or customer retention campaigns.
  • Experience in managing marketing in sectors such as consultancy, legal, brand protection, trademark registrations or luxury is highly recommended.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and AB testing. Ability to recommend the best course of action based on sound analysis.
  • Experience in building up new acquisition / retention strategies.
  • Experience with emailing tools such as Mailup, Mailchimp etc.
  • Experience in managing a website with WordPress
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Google Analytics, Omniture.
  • Full proficiency in English and Spanish are mandatory. French is a plus
  • Other languages such as Catalan, Italian, or any other European language will be highly valued
  •  Ability to work in international teams, in a fast-pace, multicultural environment, working against tight deadlines and liaising on a regular basis with peers and managers working in remote locations.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change.
